1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
​
1.1 The purchase and sale carried out on this site is a distance contract ("Contract") pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code").
The Contract concerns the sale of movable property between OSSOLANA HEMP:
Bini Gianluca, via Dante Alighieri 42, 28865, Crevoladossola (VB), VAT number 02662370036
Minetti Samuel, via Roggia dei Mulini 2, 28865, Crevoladossola (VB), VAT number 02662360037
and the buyer ("Customer").
The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by CANAPA OSSOLANA of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the internet on this website ("www.canapaossolana.com") and / or through other HEMP remote sales systems. OSSOLANA.

1.2 These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by CANAPA OSSOLANA shown on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or integrated by CANAPA OSSOLANA.
Any changes and / or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they will be communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.

2. PRICES
The sales prices of the products illustrated on the Site and / or through any other remote sales systems of OSSOLANA HEMP are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes.
Delivery costs are indicated on the Site and / or through any other remote selling systems of CANAPA OSSOLANA.

3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
3.1 The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: (a) Paypal, to be made when placing the order; or (b) by any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by CANAPA OSSOLANA on the Site.

4. Shipping: Costs and Timing
4.1 The products will be shipped the day following the payment of the order.
​
4.2 Our trusted courier is SDA; after shipment we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Delivery takes place in 24 / 48h throughout the national territory, one more day for islands and disadvantaged areas.
​
4.3 Our packaging is completely anonymous, with the certainty that not even the courier knows the contents of the package.
​
4.4 CANAPA OSSOLANA delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 10 (ten) days from the conclusion of the Contract.

5. COMPLAINTS
5.1 Any complaint can be sent to the following email address: info@canapaossolana.com

6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
6.1 CANAPA OSSOLANA accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of products requested in the availability of CANAPAOSSOLANA. Therefore, the acceptance by CANAPA OSSOLANA of the purchase proposal sent by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products themselves.

6.2 CANAPA OSSOLANA undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable unavailability of the products due to excess demand or other causes.

7. WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
7.1 For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to CANAPA OSSOLANA.

8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
8.1 The Customer declares and guarantees:
(THE) to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
(II) to be of age;
(III) that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned term, by means of a written communication to be sent by e-mail (info@canapaossolana.com).

9.2 The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the products.
​
9.3 The Customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
supply of consumable products sealed open and / or used by the Customer
atomizers and devices with integrated tank no longer sealed or used (DGls N ° 21 of 21 February 2014 Art. 59 Comma E, F)
product not complete with its accessories and manuals and original packaging.

9.4 The costs of returning the products are charged to the Customer.
CANAPA OSSOLANA will return, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer, net of shipping costs, in case of returning the product, complete with all its parts and functions, returned in the its original packaging.

10. TREATMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 known as GDPR, which can be consulted from the home of the Site.

11. JURISDICTION
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be the responsibility of the Court of Trani.
